JOB OVERVIEW

PLRA is hiring experienced IT security professionals on a contract basis, extendable based on satisfactory performance. The posts are being filled under PLRA’s own pay structure (PPG-6 and PPG-7) with salary packages ranging from Rs. 100,000 to Rs. 400,000 per month depending on the grade, inclusive of base pay, incentive allowance, and performance allowance.

The roles are highly specialized. At the PPG-7 level, PLRA needs a Deputy Director for Governance Risk and Compliance and a Deputy Director for Offensive Security. At PPG-6, there are positions covering application security testing, penetration testing and red teaming, digital forensics and incident response, SOC analysis, infrastructure administration, internal security audit, and governance risk and compliance. ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

Experience: PPG-7 posts: Minimum 05 years of post-qualification experience in relevant domain (e.g., Information Security Governance, Vulnerability Management, Offensive Security, Penetration Testing, Red Teaming for respective roles). PPG-6 posts: Minimum 03 years of post-qualification experience in the relevant domain. Prior experience with ISO 27001 or CIS controls implementation is noted as an added advantage for certain roles.
