Khyber Medical College Peshawar Announces Faculty Jobs 2026

Peshawar – Khyber Medical College (KMC) in Peshawar has opened applications for several faculty and chairperson positions in various medical departments. The vacancies follow an advertisement in the Daily Dawn newspaper on February 25, 2026, under the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Medical Teaching Institutions (MTI) framework.

The college seeks qualified candidates for senior academic roles to strengthen its teaching and clinical services at this historic public sector institution affiliated with Khyber Teaching Hospital.

Key positions include:

• Chairperson in Anatomy (3-year contract)
• Professor in Anatomy
• Assistant Professors in multiple specialties, such as:
  • Gynaecology & Obstetrics (two posts)
  • Medicine (two posts, including one with focus on critical care)
  • ENT
  • Vascular Surgery

Other roles may cover additional clinical faculty positions based on MTI regulations and PM&DC guidelines.

Applicants need relevant qualifications like MBBS plus postgraduate degrees (FCPS, MS, MPhil, or PhD where required), along with teaching and clinical experience.
