Job Overview
PPHI Balochistan runs basic health units and needs people to handle management and field work. Openings include leadership spots in districts and support roles in clinics. Work sites cover Quetta and other parts of Balochistan, except for some positions limited to head office.
- District Manager (DM): 6 positions available.
- Assistant Manager (Finance): 1 position at head office in Quetta.
- Vaccinator: 40 positions in all districts but Quetta.
- Class IV Employee (Full Time/Part Time): 129 positions in all districts but Quetta.
Local residents get priority for clinic-based roles to serve their own areas well.
Requirements

District Manager
- Education: BS-17/18 level from CSS/BCS or similar, or master’s degree in social science, executive MBA, MSPH, MBBS, or equal.
- Experience: At least 2 years in government service for officers, or 3 years in related fields for others.
- Age: 23 to 50 years.
Assistant Manager (Finance)
- Education: MBA in finance, M.Com, ACCA level III, or CA inter from a known university.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in finance work.
- Age: 18 to 50 years.
Vaccinator
- Education: Matric in science, with preference for those who have done similar work before.
- Other: Must live in the same area as the basic health unit.
- Age: 18 to 50 years.
Class IV Employee
- Education: Able to read and write, with preference for past work experience.
- Other: Should come from the local area around the basic health unit.
- Age: 18 to 50 years.
Only those who meet the criteria will move forward. PPHI checks all papers closely.
